How the mind looks in meditation. I first had this experience
at the Dhammagiri Meditation Center in Igatpuri, India. (Goenka Meditation
Center.) We must meditate to know that we have a mind. Then our mind will see
itself. It was an amazing experience. When the eyes are closed, the mind sees
itself. When I wake up, I pick up a small piece of paper. I live on that piece
of paper, using soil, gum, water, acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc. filtered from
the earth. Where to start? I have no idea where to end. But life feels.
