I first meditated at the Dhammagiri Meditation Center in Igatpuri, India, which was started by Goika Ji. It was there for the first time that it became clear that I had a mind. I paint my mind.

මම පළමුවරට භාවනා කලේ, ගොයිකා තුමා විසින් ආරම්භ කරන ලද ඉන්දියාවේ ඉගත්පුරියේ පිහිටා තිබෙන ධම්මගිරි  භාවනා මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ දීය. එහිදී පළමු වතාවට මාහට සිතක් තිබෙන බව පැහැදිලි විය. මා මගේ සිත සිතුවම් කරමි.
